If you have at least 2–3 weeks of reasonably consistent sleep data, Angus can already spot helpful patterns. For the 4-week coaching package, more historical data is useful, but not mandatory — your future weeks will quickly build a clearer picture.
Once you book, Angus will send secure instructions to connect your Oura account through Oura Teams. This gives read-only access to your historical and ongoing sleep, readiness and activity data. You remain in full control and can revoke access at any time.
The 1x consultation is an intensive, one-time deep dive: you get a full analysis of your current data, a 60-minute call and a clear action plan, plus light email support for follow-up questions. The 4-week coaching adds daily sleep tracking, ongoing adjustments, 14-day reset modules, 15+ specific protocols and daily email support to help you implement and stay accountable.
No. This is educational coaching focused on lifestyle, habits and performance. Angus does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. If you have a sleep disorder or medical concern, you should speak with a qualified healthcare professional; coaching can often complement that work.
Angus works primarily with UK and European time zones, but can accommodate many US time zones for consultations. If you’re unsure, mention your location in the booking form and you’ll receive suitable time slots.
The intention is that every session delivers clear, practical value. If after your first call you genuinely feel you didn’t gain useful insight or direction, reply by email within 24 hours and Angus will work with you to make it right.
