Many clients are entrepreneurs, busy professionals, consultants or athletes who already take their health seriously but still struggle with fragmented, light or inconsistent sleep.
Sleep performance coaching does not diagnose or treat medical sleep disorders. Angus focuses on behavioural, environmental and lifestyle factors that strongly influence sleep quality. If your intake suggests possible sleep apnoea or another clinical condition, you’ll be encouraged to see a medical professional in addition to coaching.
A single Sleep Performance Consultation gives you clarity on what is driving your poor sleep and a focused set of changes to make over the next 2–4 weeks. Many clients report falling asleep faster, waking up less and feeling more refreshed in the morning when they consistently follow the agreed protocols.
