This data-driven approach means I don’t rely on guesswork; I use objective sleep and recovery data to personalise and continuously optimise each client’s sleep, energy, and performance — no matter where they are in the world.
I also analyse your genetic sleep data to understand your individual biology — including chronotype, optimal sleep duration, sleep depth, and recovery traits.
